This photo was taken at a beach at the north-west end, above Lahaina, and I believe it is D.T. Fleming Beach Park. There are a few beaches up that part of town that I think are the best beaches to take photos or to relax, due to less crowds and less popular with the locals. Sometimes, these beaches are right behind some hotels, therefore you need to park somewhere else and walk over, however, some do have public parking for these beaches, next to the beaches, so just look around for closest parking and watch the street signs.
