Planned to go to Utah to visit Escalante National Park, however, the weather did not cooperate, so we went to Joshua Tree NP instead for one day get away. Did not expect to hear that snow was still on the mountain tops, from the park ranger, which basically astounded me! I did not think that there would be snow at this place!
